Nope, there are none. In fact, the art community has been a vocal critic of drug use since the 1950's. I don't know if you've heard of the Beat generation, huge anti-drug movement. And later on through the 60's and 70's, artists have been known to write literature and make movies depicting the horrors of drug use. I don't even need to give you examples because literally no professional artists have ever been for cannabis consumption, ever.

There was this dude on conceptart.org who did a lot of awesome concept work. He's still around and a pro. I completely forgot his name but he's a cannabis supporter and his avatar showed him smoking a spliff.
