In order to draw efficiently, you must be able to use your tool effeciently, and your mind and body are also tools that need to be maintained. Working out keeps your body in good shape, which in turn can help improve mental states. If you neglect your body and just draw all day every day without some maintenance, you end up having to take hiatuses later on or just making shitty Scyra podcasts about how you're depressed about you've squandered all your skill into forcing a shitty style.
