Water color "artist" here, any masking fluid that doesnt smell like rotten semen or stains the paper yellow? Currently using this and it's awful

>masking fluid that doesnt smell like rotten semen
That's the smell of the product, fool.
I don't use it much, but it's never made my paper go yellow. Maybe it's the paper?

Considering that masking fluid is made out of latex, it's probably always going to smell like condoms.
You could try using wax resist (just rub a 100% beeswax candle over the area), but that's harder to control an will give you more of a textured look, not crisp edges around a white area.
Some people also just... use white. Mixing with white is genereally considered poor form, but quite a few painters use white to bring back highlights. Purists will still scoff at that, of course, but it seems to get more and more acceptable again.

They all smell bad because latex.
I never had a problem with staining and I use the colored one, are you sure you're applying it on paper that's completely dry, and removing the frisket when it's completely dry?

Maybe you're letting it sit too long, that's way overkill. You should just make sure the frisket has dried (that's what, 15 minutes at most?) then do whatever over it, and once the paper is completely dry (that can take a while if you're working very wet) you remove it with an eraser.
In any case W&N is a pretty shitty brand for accessories. I'd just try out another reputable brand like Schmincke, they generally come with an applicator as well so you don't have to use a ruling pen or brushes.
