Trolls fucking struck gold when they found Shadman.

Both subject matter and style are so provokingly hideous it makes his images hard to ignore. It takes the worst of anime and cartoon fetish art and condenses it into this really gross-but-still-generic abortion of a style resulting in the most punchable cartoon faces ever conceived. And of fucking course it has to be lolicon. Edgy lolicon at that. You end up with these weird characters reminiscent of demented 50-year old STD-ridden chain smoking prostitutes. Except they are 5, not 50. And judging by their unrestrained eternally horny they would molest you without asking.

Technically the art hits that sweet spot where it has mass appeal to plebs while still being shitty enough to trigger people with any kind of artistic standards. It's really disheartening for many to see someone like shadman succeed financially while so many better artists who actually could contribute with something good are left in the dust.
