Hey guys,i'm in caricature for 2 years, been doing all kinds of funny faces. Most of the time i got the likeness pretty good, but now some guys says that this is not a succesfull caricature. What do you think? Keep in mind that this is not the final state,i need to ink it and color it digitally.

Hey OP, im getting into caricature as well
Drew these today
I'd say that you need to make sure the eyes look like the reference, the eyebrows are too thin, you should emphasize the outer cheek dimples, and the chin is stylized in an unappealing way

yes i know,:)) i just told you what i;m planning next for that drawing, and my art steps. Thx for the feedback.
I think the cranium should be flatter and the mouth slimmer. The eyes have an evident upwards curvature. The nose is pretty spot on, though. It might help to try to "ghost" or analyse the shapes of the features on your reference before drawing, in order to understand them better.
Also, the mouth and the eyes look a little flat, and one eye is higher than the other.
Keep in mind I don't know a thing about caricatures and I'm a complete beginner, though.
