I did a redline according to your pose. It definitely needs to be less static, though I find that changing the entire drawing completely doesn't help artists very much.
Work on your line weight. Your fine details seems a little phoned-in. the lace detail looks like crumbling rocks, for example. Try using reference more. And remember, lace is dainty and thin- it doesn't need thick lines like the rest of the figure.

As for colors, we don't really know the colors of the girl, so it is hard to say. There are thousands of possibilities as-is.
