Just make a post on reddit r/artbuddy. Be specific about your goal with art and you will find like minded.

Most posts on there right now are beginners who want to refine "their style".

But I'm with 9 other serious artists after I made my first post. We share art resources together, do studies together and read books or watch videos. We keep eachoter accountable for daily artwork. Probably the best way to study for people who struggle with self-discipline.
