The website literally has a page discussing the program where they mention the methods they use. Lots of cast drawing, studying masters, sight-size, and long pose life drawing. They say they do the same pose 3 hours a day, 5 days a week, for 4 to 5 weeks (so a total of 60-75h poses). They like using natural north light, and they emphasize anatomical accuracy in their work.

Honestly if you did a bit of research you can easily find out how to do this stuff on your own. I've seen numerous garage/basement makeshift home studios built by people who taught themselves similar methods of art. You might need to invest in a couple casts and then paints and charcoal, maybe buy the Bargue book if you want to learn that method, or buy that Russian one that came out a couple years ago if you want more construction. Get a few books on anatomy, find some high resolution images online of the masters to study etc. Maybe make a simple still life box out of cardboard or wood and black cloth, and buy some lamps. Having a teacher obviously would make things a bit faster, but since it's a very mechanical way of drawing/painting that has already been broken down into the components and laid out logically in the order you need to learn them you can do it yourself as well without issue. A few artists trained in classical methods have put out dvds showing their methods and materials as well.

So rather than spending thousands per semester and moving to some expensive city, you can spend an up front cost of a few hundred at most and be set up for a few years of self study at home. If you're seriously broke you can get by on just charcoal and paper and do still lifes of household objects and use Bargue plates you can find online.
