You're arguing over semantics. Who cares? Traditionally people call them "pen and ink" but that term is a bit outdated since we don't use dip pens as much. Saying "pen drawing" is fine and people know what is meant. People say "pencil drawing" too. I hope you don't walk up to them and push up your glasses and go "ackshually it's GRAPHITE".
