porn comics or illustration. something relating to comics though. thats what i started for. then when i tried making one i found out i sucked so i started on the grind to get better. i was also called the worst artist by /IC/ and that gave me a lot of motivation.

Well, there's definitely improvement, alright. Do you ever do longer drawings or studies though? I think that might do you good. And do you only draw nekked people posing? Having a bit more of a narrative also helps pushing it.

you will, trust me. unless you are actually talented and can draw with imagination. otherwise you're just going to reach the level where you are technically capable of almost anything, but you create anything because your head is blank and anything you make would be a carbon copy of what's been done before anyway, so what's the point? So what is your end-goal? To reach technical proficiency or to make "your dreams come true"? Don't lie and say that you're trying to do both, we both know you want to make your art look good first, which is the technical aspect. If you focus too much on one thing, you are going to lose track of the other.

and no not neetin. i wish then i could pull some real time . i work for 7 days then i get off for 7 days for art.and i still draw all night on the days at work and i draw at work (mostly fundies at work.)
and im trying to diversify my subject matter more this year as my resolution, that and better rendering and stuff.

i draw mostly from imagination because i know that its going to be important for what i want to do. lol but i do study a lot as well and draw from life and what not. i just dont post everything.
and i do little comics for myself in the mean time to see how far i have come and if i'm ready or not. and when i get set into something i dont give up.

I drew this in september of 2015 and I put in about 3 hours of practice a day. So do the math. These next ones I drew in Feburary. So about 17 month difference. My progress has been slow but I guess you just gotta keep going. My goal is to reach pro level in 10 years so I got time lol
