Old Intuos 4 broke and I'm currently looking to buy a new one on eBay. I'm not at all well-versed on tablets, and I can't really afford anything over 100 USD at the moment. So far, I'm settling on just buying a regular Wacom Bamboo or one of those little Intuos Draw tablets since I'm only a hobbyist and not a career artist. Not really looking for anything with snazzy add-ons for now.
Intuos Small is one of the best ones there are.
Wait, an intuos broke? I've never heard of this. Did you throw it out of an airplane?

This is the first time I have heard of one breaking too

>until I have the time*
Whoops

did you unplug it a lot? some of them had weak USB port connections that would fail. Some people managed to fix it themselves.

There's also two ports in it. I discovered this after one stopped working for me after like 6 years of use, so I switched and it works fine.

I've tried both ports. One of them is a bit wiggly, so I've since switched over to the other one ages ago, but now neither work. I thought it was a problem with my cable and bought a new one, but still nothing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver - nothing. Tried my laptop and two of my friends desktops and still absolutely nothing.
how many different types of brushes do traditional painters use?
I'd like to get an idea of what a limited brush set in digital could be like
Has anyone tried out the Escoda Versatil range?

I was thinking about trying some, they are supposed to be a good animal product free alternative to the kolinski brushes.

For traditional painters they often have a number of brushes simply to have different sizes, but for digital you can resize each brush on the fly. The simplest effective brush set that can actually be used at a pro level would be a hard round brush and a soft round brush.
