Which intuos lineup? The old ones or the new 2017 ones? Also

Cintiqs are very expensive but they're worth it, and just like with any other Wacom product they'll last forever. But if you're new I wouldn't recommend spending that much on something you there's a chance you won't use in two month's time.

Not him but is there a huge difference between a wacom bamboo and a cintiq? The price difference is a lot so I always wonder if it's that notable. (And can I draw better with a cintiq?)

Other than things you can google by yourself I blieve Cintiqs come in bigger sizes (but cost way, way more) and it takes less time to get used to drawing on a cintiq.

No, it will not make you draw better. In fact if you're used to drawing on a regular tablet, moving from it to a cintiq is a disconnect. But only if you've been drawing digitally only and rarely traditional. You'll find that your hand is in the way and your judgment for strokes is hampered.
