To be more specific, I'm looking to get a stylized d6 roll on a black background with both dice landing on 1 while the view pans up and the channel name is written above the dice and the 1's are replaced with a C and M in any font. Probably 6-7 seconds max

I guess that depends, The animation shouldn't be really detailed but I'd prefer not just cut and tweened unless you can make it look good regardless. I'd like to stay under $100 unless the work is really good
