Read the sticky and do the things it asks of you.

Practice instead of instantly looking of approval.

Pointing out specifics would be a waste of time because it is all bad. Everything from the stiff and off balance pose, the poor understanding of anatomy, weird stylistic choices, generic anime design, shit rendering and so on.
