If you do smaller jobs, then you preserve an extra 2 hours each day to work on the painting. You take that time off your sleep schedule or something else, like for example, lurking 4chan.
If you have enough time to complain on the internet about things, then you sure as hell have enough time to work on the painting you've promised.
