How do pros draw so much in a single day? I usually lose my train of thought and slow down after a couple of hours.

Btw, I use the pomodoro method. Work 25 minutes and 5 minutes rest. 15 minutes break after 2 hours. Rinse and repeat. It's been fantastic for my productivity and work ethic

It's backed up by plenty of research. It has been shown that your focus and attention span tends to go downhill around the 30 minute mark. I've found that it helps to replenish my mental energy and it's also good for your body to get up and move about every once in a while. But hey, do what works for you.

They don't press down hard on their sketchbook with the force of Thor. They draw fairly light and use their arm so their wrist doesn't hurt. They take frequent breaks but draw the entire day as a result.
