Sketch digitally, print it and then ink it and add detail on paper

Or sketch in col erase pencil, ink it add detail, scan it, and then remove the col erase in PS

Stop drawing with so much pressure. Your first lines should be loose and light. In most cases honestly you shouldn't even have to erase them much if at all. You're either not being loose enough, or you don't understand construction well and are fucking up.
