I've heard oftentimes that the linework in these anime drawings as a result of resizing. What does that mean or how do you do that?

Does she have a massive cock under that dress or am I crazy?
You draw at as big a size as possible then downsize the document when you upload it. Works with traditional comics toom just draw in an A3 size and downsize it when you scan it.

You're not crazy, the shading implies it. And its pretty hot imo sempai

It means that the very light lines you see are like a size 10 pen lines.
It would not look so nice on the finished resolution, if you attempted to do it in that resolution in the first place.
Try it yourself by tracing an image.
>draw in low res
>resize
>behould, now lines are thick
>invert this for thin lines
>artist accidentally left a dot on her left arm

So trace an image in high resolution, with good line Weight then resize to a lower resolution?

This triggers my autism.

Something like that, yeah. a 3000px pic resized to a 1500px.
