start with learning 1,2, and 3 point perspective, download a pdf of scott robertsons book "how to draw" after going through "perspective made easy" (another pdf)

Once you've fully understood, and can draw 3D objects competently, download a pdf of another scott robertson book called "how to render" and follow the lessons till you understand them.

get "figure drawing for all its worth" by Andrew loomis and follow the lessons until you understand them.
