Usa lineas de referencia para construir y evita usar blanco y negro puros a menos que la tengas muuuy clara.
Intenta MUCHAS veces hacer esta misma obra, trata de analizarlas y fijarte en que fallaste y en que no en base a la comparacion, Y siempre trata de ser lo mas sencillo posible.

also water brushing need patience aply light color then dry, build value then again let it dry

Para mejorar simplemente tienes que hacer estudio de anatomía, intenta entender como esta construida la cara, los diferentes planos y como afecta la luz en cada uno. el dibujo en particular se aleja del modelo en cuanto a construcción, una vez que domines algo tan simple como es las proporciones y estructura osea tus obras mejoraran abismal mente. se aprecia que tienes talento, no esta para nada mal. estas muy cerca de la meta, te aliento a seguir.
