Not op, but how does does someone get an animation job for an asian studio by being self taught? I draw for 8 hours a day and always building my portfolio. Help! Op might need to know this info too.

that doesn't really matter. there are people who draw far more and there are people who draw far less. what matters is if you're drawing with the intent to learn and to better your craft. if you doodle pretty anime girls for 8 hours a day you might as well just play video games all day
