Why you drawing it then?
I started to draw porn exactly because i wanted to see something i'd like to fap to - this what motivated me.
Usually it goes like this:

1) I draw sketch (getting horny at this moment)
2) i clean sketch to the point where its ok to draw lineart (im really fucking horny at that point - starting to rub my big friendo)
3) I fap. Usually opening porn in a little window + looking at my sketch
4) clean myself, wash my face/etc
5) Return to photoshop and finish the drawing, being calm and focused
