I suggest the works of Terryl Whitlatch. She's a WIZARD at animal anatomy and is a paleo artist and creature designer. Her books, especially 'The Science of Creature Design: Animal Anatomy', are full of animal anatomy references she drew up herself (pic related) of living animals, extinct animals, and creatures she invented herself.
She goes into explaining how the animal design process works to fit a creature into the habitat and story.
Also, she's the creature designer for Star Wars.

I have this book too, Ken Hultgren is really good but his big cats are poor? I can't explain it, just the anatomy and style looks worse compared to the rest of his animals (which are amazing).

I mean... There aren't exactly many online libraries of perfectly skinned and laid out animals floating around, but if you've got one I'd be more than happy to use it!
I personally am using the Ellenburger book for anatomy studies as I haven't had a need to use Terryl's, and the pictures are more detailed/veterinary, but I would definitely use her's as she is educated in the field and has featured some obscure species (such as pangolins and the ethiopian wolf).

Drawing animals is easy. All mammals have the same bones as a human, just different proportions. You figure out how to draw one quadruped you've drawn them all. As long as you have decent memory.
Then again I watched animal planet as a kid so my visual library is great.
