You obviously have not studied art.
To get good at anime you have to atleast learn basic human anatomy.
Concentrate on that for now.
On 1-10 I'll give it a 2. I have seen worse.
1 more tip, use references, FOTO references to be exact, study from life. And if you do use someone's art as a reference, make sure it's actually good :P. Remember, anime is just a simplified and stylized form of real life
