What genre? The two on the left have good composition technique and skill but are totally different. The one on the top right is just a cheap posterization effect with terrible composition (at least they knew where to put the words so we could read them). The one on the bottom right is a modern hack with poor technique and composition skills, unwashed masses probably think he's Rockwell-esque though.
