I get this incredible jolt of energy and creativity at around 10pm, and everything becomes 100% more interesting and fun. I set my own hours so at the moment I usually draw from like 9pm to early morning, then sleep until around noon, like some sort of hobo. There's just no incentive to try for a normal sleep pattern right now. I feel worthless and divorced from reality due to the lack of sunlight.

Details like this makes a minimal difference. As long as you exercise some, get enough sleep and eat ok food, you'll be fine.
Overthinking and stress is a way bigger killer than almost anything else, so just relax. You'll be alright.
