I know we all love Sycra, Jazza and so on, but how about we recommend and discuss some lesser known channels?
I just found this YouTube channel who gives some insight on learning methods and art practice. Since this guy seems faily unknown, I just wanted to share.

I think your an alright guy. You give good insight to the journey an artist takes, how we learn and study. I am still wary of you, though. Because I feel like after all the time you invested into this, if I was in your shoes, I wouldn't be happy with the art I put out.
I know, no rules just tools. But I can't help but be disheartened when the video you made reviewing your studies while you were learning, had some of the best art you've shown. It's like, you worked so hard to get the foundation good, but now what you do with it is photobash and rely heavily on 3d foundations, and everything you make looks lifeless compared to your studies
I like you, I like your work, and I am subscribed, but please, just sit down and paint. No excess bs, no photomanips or 3d backdrops, just start on a toned canvas and paint a thing using the knowledge in your head
ps, If it's actually not you, it doesn't matter. I know he will still see this, I know he posts here (A fair amount of studies come from reference posted at the beginning of drawthreads, and I recognized more than a few )

By coincidence, that channel was suggested to me yesterday by youtube. I think you're actitively hurting people's progress by suggesting this channel. He's not at a professional level, and there are other channels to watch that are. He mainly copies other work or photobashes (badly), with pretty much zero original drawing. His videos and blogs that are meant to be informative are rants with no substance. Try to make bullet points from what he says, and there would be no facts or concrete information included. His portfolio website is a great example of what not to do. I'd be surprised if he's able to get professional work.
