Chill out, it's a slow board and people tend to not really care about these frequent threads where someone who never visits the board ordinarily wants to know what style a particular image is called. Not everything has a specific name.

What you are looking for probably can't be put any more precise than just "western comic/animation". Any half decent artist can change their style somewhat, so just find a comic artist you want to hire and let them know what you want.

And I hope you know that you get what you pay for, I won't shame you for not paying artists more because you sound like you're not super rich yourself, but $40 is not a lot
