I like it, the music is pretty sweet. Reminds me of a music video from the 90's. I was a bit put off by the clean vector text in the beginning since it sticks out like a sore thumb compared to everything else. Also the dust effect looks a bit fake and it appears as if it's the same shapes over and over? Maybe you could make it a bit more subtle.

The colors are quite nice, though the stable-ness of the image is kinda odd, i'd like to see shifting of the frame just a little.

I think the flaking is a little bit excessive, there's too much, chunks are too big.

The digital flaking/glitching/vhs type is perfectly fine though.

This, flaking is to me artificial and just annoying. Also I agree with other guys, there should be some frame distortion and flickering.
