How do you keep yourself focused, /ic/? I found exercising and going for bike rides activates my autism briefly.

Working out is good for avoiding the lethargy of the depression that borders the life of most artists.

Focus/motivation though is just habit-building. About two weeks of pain and suffering by forcing yourself to do it every day, at the same time, in the same conditions, with some sort of trigger, and after that it's really a fucking breeze, man.

Train yourself like a dog. Except you hold the leash.
