No need to try to trivialize the breasts, they can be difficult and fun to draw as a woman has her own unique, individual set, unlike butts and are far more expressive than butts. Don't forget that they attach to the armpits and move with the arms and pecs. You can also see the pec muscles beneath on leaner girls (even ones with big breasts).
