>CSP has vector layers
>cant export as vector
Wait.What.
What in the actual fuck?
bump
someone explain this shit
>>2683060
>CSP has scalable vectors
>Using CSP as a vector drawing program
Guess who's not going to make it...
>>2683404
What on earth are you talking about?
>>2683410
Fucking. Use. Inkscape. Holy. Shit.
>>2683413
Why are you bringing up another piece of software? This thread is about CSP.
>>2683060
Because CSP is a raster only program. You can work with vector lines and edit them but that doesn't mean you can export to illustrator. What part of that do you not understand?
>>2683436
Well they aren't really vectors then, are they? Otherwise it wouldn't make any sense to skip such a essential feature.
>>2683439
Just because raster software includes tools more familiar to vector artists to assist them in making raster pieces does not mean they have any obligation to turn it into a raster/vector sofware monstrosity. Unix philosophy motherfucker look it up. If you want to do vector art, use fucking inkscape.
>>2683492
Obviously they don't have any "obligation" to do anything but it would be a enormously useful feature and it's dissapointing to find that it's not possible. Illustrator and inkscape aren't in the same universe when it comes to linework and inking as CSP so they aren't really comparable. Ideally you could export from CSP to svg format. Maybe in a future version.
