I've pirated manga studio 5 but I dont think this new one has been cracked and I dont think there's a way to update my pirated version to have the animation timeline.

It's good shit. Comes with a vector feature for easy resizing.

Previewing the animation though, like on the fly, is a bit on the iffy side. Shit's pixelated. But exporting animation's pretty easy. Also if you've used Flash before keep in mind there's no audio integration at all for this program. Strictly animation. You'll have to use something like after-effect to inject the audio into your animation.

It can export your animation into a gif, seperate frames, or a .avi video.

Nobody is going to fucking walk you through this, learn the hard way or pay up faggot. The animation features in CSP/MS seem fine enough but there's no audio import function, so you won't be using it over Flash, TVPaint or Toon Boom. Unless all you plan on doing is making gifs or some other shit that doesn't require sound.
