Anyone here know how to make an embedded flash video with music? Or failing flash, what alternatives do I have? I have an animated GIF I wanted to add sound effects and music to for a project of mine I'm working on.

I thought I'd ask here first and get recommendations before diving into google searches and reading for hours.

where do you plan to host?

its easy enough to make but you have to host it on youtube or vimeo or somehwere so you can embed it

I'm just using an old version of Macromedia flash; that should be enough right? I don't have a newer broken program to use.

Someone suggested to me I used html5 or windows movie maker, but I don't know if those were good suggestions or not.
