The OG one punch man guy doesn't get much attention and I think people only started reading it when Murata started redrawing it.

Berserk is from a different era. Back in the 80s, early 90s when fantasy could be dark and gritty and contrarian numales didn't yet exist to constantly whine about violence, sexism and "edge" in any form of media that isn't specifically pandering to their soft and tender hearts.

What do you mean "learn"? He's just spending a lot of time setting up every possible perspective line before drawing on top. It's tedious and takes time. Usually only architects and engineers bother with it for obvious reasons. The first of those two examples should be a good hint on where to look for inspiration.

I guess what makes ONE sucessful is that despite the fact he sucks at making art, he's great at writing a story that fits his inability to draw as well as in pacing said story.
OPM and MOB are interesting concepts that dwelve in terms of character development, have a more focus on humour as opposed to constant action and whom a lot of its action sequences properly fit the scribbly artstyle.

Its more at how ONE's ability to write manages to make his artstyle go from childish to more of an aesthetical style.
