Fine Arts aren't for commercial use, they're "done with a propose", they could be for emotions, soul, something happening, politics, whatever, with NO COMMERCIAL USE, just for admiring and thinking and whatever shit you think about it.

Illustration is a modern use, Illustrators are artists but for commercial use.

They do what they're told, because of money, because they're having orders to do.

Some things are illustrations, some fine arts.
