Sometimes when I spend too much time on something, seems to only happen with digital drawing/painting, and not take a break my mind eventually seems to go into a weird 'mood' or zone, it's not a very enjoyable type either. What is happening? Is it some sort of brain fatigue? I do have ADHD if that helps.
