learn to draw realistic then stylize.
anyway, don't start your own threads and use the question thread.
there's no such thing as "manga drawing" skills.
Mark Crilley on youtube, look him up he knows his stuff. Also check out the Structure of Man anatomy course by Riven Pheonix.

Search the hikaru hayashi books. They're pretty good.

From mangaka themselves. Do master studies of pages. Every mangaka has a different style, so there's no way you could learn those, but you can at least learn manga essentials such as panelling, effects, etc.
If you look around the web, you'll find Japanese tutorials too which are generally better than any other tutorial since it's right from the source instead of people who may have not done actual manga/doujin.
That's just manga though. You need to read the sticky and learn the fundamentals. Without them, this stuff is near useless too.

His style is old, yeah, but he at least has some good videos on how traditional manga works. That's all you need from him really.

You mean like manga as in the comic form? then watch manben its a series about recording how popular mangaka work for a few days and
then they discuss their techniques on camera its on nyaa, if you mean the style then its just a style, learn proper fundamentals and then just find some styles that you like and adopt them.

all you need to do is to know how to draw:
-boxes
-cylinders
-spheres
-ribbons.
and that's all.
