How do you manage to draw after work? I'm mentally finished and tired in the evening and the stuff I draw looks like shit. It's just impossible. I'm even thinking about quitting my fucking garbage job.

At the start of the day write down exactly what you are going to draw after work.
Get in to the habit and it will feel weird not practicing even if you are tired. Works for me.
My job isn't stressful so it's not hard to put in another 3-4 hours into drawing at the end of the day.

really fucking hard to be honest. only advice I could give is move somewhere quiet, where rent is cheap and get something part time.
Try waking up even earlier than you do now, even 15 minutes will do.
Do some exercises.
Go to work.
Get Home.
Smoke coke.
?????
profit.

Find a part time job that's less stressful and mindless. Something like being a cashier or flipping burgers. Something easy that you can do with no stress.
Maybe when you get home take a strict 2 hour nap just to recharge and be ready to start fresh. Helps me anyway.

I need to do this. When I get home and forget what I was going to draw.
Go to bed an hour earlier than you normally do.
Wake up an hour earlier than you normally do.
Draw for an hour before you go to work.
