Your pitch is not very inviting.
Think about it from the artist's side. You are asking for passionate artists with no promise of compensation and that's a lot to ask from people who have no idea who you are. If you are not willing to take the risk and show us who you are, what your project is about, how can anyone know if it's something they want to pour their "blood sweat and tears" into?

Show your idea, that's just the first step. and talk more about what kind of work you are looking for, link examples. And, all of the above is useless if you don't offer any payment. Basically you are saying you want to give nothing while asking for a lot in return. And you are nobody, no portfolio, website, nothing. ?????
