no, but there is reference of people touching fingers. Use references of spiders and diseases with bumps and sores in the skin, and combinde the two till you come to an outcome that feels right. Also use logic; a spider under your skin wouldn't look as cool as you think; the tension in the skin would push it down so you wouldn't even see the legs, you would most likely only see a lump were the body is

just find some ref pics of objects under human skin and apply those studies to your work. You can usually find those if you search for surgery pictures.
