Hey /ic/! What do you guys use to share/showcase/promote your artwork?
Tumblr? DeviantArt? Some other stuff I never heard of?
I really been out of touch with the community since I been focused on coding/learning the software but want to be able start getting my name out there as I get better

I use tumblr, but I don't really have much of a following. I do the drawing for fun mainly.

Amateur stuff but I'm happy with it.

Thanks! :D
I just made a tumblr now http://themuffincoder.tumblr.com/
You're drawings are awesome, + I like the starwars background. Got any tips for tumblr?

Using tags can be handy. If your drawings are related to a popular series, tag the series in your posts and people are bound to find them. Submitting to fandom blogs is also helpful. Glad to hear you like my stuff, it means a lot.

Depends on your objective and audience.
Tumblr or facebook for appealing to normalfag fans and people who like cartoon porn.
Your own website with a domain name related to your own name, for fine art or seeking professional commissions.
For the latter, the point is not to have people randomly find you, but to direct them to someplace where they can look over your work, CV, etc.
