Eyebrows are meeting with eyes. No. There should be space between eyebrow and eye.

Ear too far down

The white light on the eye is coming from opposite sides and it makes the girl look like a spud. Don't mirror your eyes next time, it's super lazy.
Put the white light reflection coming from the same direction and you probably won't hate it anymore.

You need to define the eyelashes better to give the illusion of a eye white. At the moment it looks like she has soul less insect eyes
