Studied anatomy for a few weeks, I did not grind like craze but I 've learned quite a few things.
But now I have no idea on what to do as a finished work
And my main concern is how to integrate a character in a perspective.
sounds like you need to keep studying then
Stop studying and just make finished work. This is what all the kids are doing and they're improving faster than anyone on /ic/. You'll naturally pick up things when you draw actual illustrations and know what you suck at and that is when you "draw 25 of X" for the day.

Yeah but as I said there are things I don't know how to do.
Like integrating a character in a perspective

I'm not going to do studies everytime, I have to put on works what I learned

'Perspective Made Easy' has a section on placing figures in perspective. That'll help you out more than anyone here.
You'll make more gains if you just take notes and apply those notes to your own works. Books give you the knowledge to make better observations in your studies, but the observations are the most important thing.
