Yeah, that's where I'm stuck, looks like a lot of it could be done in Photoshop, though there would also be the legality of using other people's images or even images from google maps to create backgrounds.

Normal, intelligent human being:

"I say, those are some mighty fine visuals. I do wonder how they were produced?"
> look at video
> see animated video
> google video compositing software.
"After Effects and Nuke? Hmm, interesting"

> look some more
> see 3D wireframes
> google 3D software
"3Ds Max, Maya, Modo, Blender? Smashing!"

> again cast a cool eye on visual material
> see 2d photographic material
> google copyright free photos
"I say, Creative Commons Search, Wikimedia commons...Wonderful, wonderful!"

> once again, peer wisely at the video frame by frame
> surmise that photographic material is being edited and modified
> google photo editing software
"Fascinating! Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, Affinity Photo, Gimp? So much choice! Tally Ho!"

OP:

"Hurrr. Dem is purdy pictures. How make purdy pictures?"

I'm aware that Imgur.com will stop allowing adult images since 15th of May. I'm taking actions to backup as much data as possible.
