If you're going for human...

Drop the nose closer to the lips
sink the eyes and sockets deeper into the skull
extend the 'cut' of the mouth to both sides, lips taper to a point.

Not bad for a first go, I'd suggest searching 'forensic reconstruction' on youtube.
