So anons. Idk if any architect around but im studying architecture and im doing a building with stairs from the outside that lead to the top of the building so that people can come in from the street and go to the top of this building which works kind of like a public space but in a higher ground.
So, i was hoping you kind anons could help me out and pass me some references could it be either a specific building or an architect with this specific thing so i could inspire myself. Also any ideias are welcome.

the walkie talkie building was supposed to be like that, but the "public" space ended up needing a reservation and security check to get into. It doesn't work.

plenty of those in mexico, but they're inside enclosed areas, so no need of security checks.
