i haven't had an orgasm in 800 days according to noFap. its easy. just do a painting that requires so much concentration you'll have no choice but to stop masturbating.

try this. im not saying it'll work for you but it worked for me

set up an easel and a canvas so it blocks out what is behind the canvas. then paint what you think is behind it, like you are filling in a puzzle.

it's really difficult to set up and accomplish, and i've yet to do a good painting that way, but it requires a ton of concentration and discipline to both be able to remember what you blocked out and not look behind the canvas for hints.
