If you've never drawn before, you ain't bad anon. Hands are good enough, upper arms are kinda fucked up, the armpit-boob connection doesn't work that way. Lacks symmetry left and right, I use a drafter's circle to get arms and legs right.

The neck is too small.

Your favorite part of the woman is the thighs, hips and belly. I know because those are perfect. Boobs in the first pic are great, but the right one attaches too high.

The way I get better is by drawing the same person over and over and over, in different positions. You'll be surprised how much better subsequent drawings are. Not worrying about individual differences between people helps you focus purely on anatomy.
