Drawing hips is only hard if you don't know what's going on anatomically. Once you know the insides (muscle and bones) the world is yours!

that's pretty good, nice job! for now the only criticism i would have left would be that the torso is a little short, so it makes her look like kind of a midget. I would lengthen the torso using the OP as a reference, proportion-wise (doesn't have to be as skinny.)
